First Group, First Loyalty, First Resorts Stay Away

Pathetic company to deal with. Purchased a voucher from a rep named Tamalin that was sold at a discount at the start of lockdown, now they refuse to honour the terms and conditions that they sold the voucher on even though I have the conditions on e mail as proof. Continuously transferred between first group, first loyalty, first resorts. Voucher was sold to raise cash during lockdown and now they do not care to honour terms once they have your money. Heard the usual story that someone will contact you to resolve yet still get the run around.
