Cancellation

My goodness , such poor customer service ! I have been trying to get this membership cancelled since the month I got it because I don’t see a need for it , I’ve been told to send an email to the info email address I was given By Doyle , but still up until now nobody has assisted me and the worse part is I can’t contact my bank to cancel this because it’s not a debit order . I don’t want this membership anymore and what you guys are doing is wrong , because now I’ve paid for another month and I don’t want it ! Terrible Terrible service 😢
