Bad service

Staff is not welcoming. Unit was not cleaned properly on arrival. Had a stuffy after smell. Sleeper couch was broken replaced with one old dirty mattress but there were 2 kids. Cutlery and crockery does not accommodate 8 people. No toilet paper was given. The cleaner said she was just there to make up beds and wash dishes at 8am. Bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned. Bedding was not cleaned properly. Woke up every morning with insect bites and itchy skin. Towels and bedding had what looked like rust stains. Lots of insect bites from sitting on couches. Kids needed to pay R100(non refundable) to use facilities which should be free as we paid for the accommodation. Closing time of the game room is 8pm which is extremely early when you on hoilday. I want a full refund I will be putting this on all social media due to the bad service from the start of this booking right till the end even when making the booking was a problem had to wait for help I have all photos of this unit and the marks on our skin from the bits the one kid eye is swollen I'm really upset First Group standards have drop so bad I have a holiday club member with me and he was shock at how bad your services are
