No delivery

I have ordered 50 boxes of A4 printing paper from Empire Papers Supply, paid for the paper, the courier at First Line Courier and for the insurance on the delivery and they didn't deliver.

There is no answer when one call, they said they deliver within 24 to 48 hours and it must have been delivered on Friday.
