Complaint

First off they are the biggest ****ers ever. I enquired about a loan they advertised on face book. From the start I had my doubts. The application was approved in 2 hours off the time I submitted the application. Then I was advised to pay 1000 for admin fees and sign a letter of acceptance. Once that was done I was told to pay 1500 for third party authorization with amounts to 2500 for some thing I was never advised of. Yet I was told that the funds were paid into my account. Proof of payment was sent. The funds paid in was to also release to my back to clear it into my account. Then I was emails a letter advising me I had to pay another 2250 for insurance. What insurance. Not even a service provider was indicated. I refused to do so because with that amount almost half the loan was already paid for what call *****. So I asked for cancelation of the loan as I did not sign an agreement with all the legal wording. No indication was given in repayments as to how it would be paid back. Cash payment or debit order. They forwarded me a refund form to complete with a copy of my ID certified. The form say that I must again bay 20% of the funds I already paid to get a refund. All I have done was pay for something I never received, never would have received, and why do I have to pay 20% to get my money back. 500 is what must be paid. I refuse. This company is the biggest *****s out there and the need to be found. Never at any time was I contacted to have anything explained and all the was provided was a what app number to communicate with. The number to call does not go through to any one.
