Bad quality furniture supp****

Ordered supposedly leather couches to the value of R40000 beginning of December 2014. Once again had to pay a deposit of R20000.00 before they would start to manufacture. Received furniture by 20 December. Launched our first complaint of bad workmanship 2 weeks later at beginning of Jan 2015. All stock was unconditionally replaced with loan units and we were promised that it will be sorted out soon. Now 6 months later still no couches - and they still in possession of my R20000.00. After numerous promises from owner to have this sorted I now have to turn to the Consumer Protection Council. <br> <br> All prospective buyers please be aware. I was now told by Charmaine that I am not the only customer complaining.
