We really had bad luck last year with our vehicles, 3 accidents and every accident, First Help was on the scene immediately. When my kids called to tell me they had an accident, I didn’t need to rush because they told me First Help was there. They have been absolutely amazing with each incident. Keeping my kids safe until I got there. They kept the scene calm and they helped me by calling my insurance and arranging everything. When they hook up for the tow, they take such care with a vehicle. The service has been so professional, the staff are so compassionate and caring. Any future accidents, if First Help isn’t there when I arrive on scene, I won’t accept any other tow service and I will call them to come out. You guys are amazing
