Vehicle is MISSING and wasn't towed to the agreed destination!
I cannot believe the AUDACITY of your tow truck drivers! My mum had a car accident last Monday 12/02/2024 and on scene we agreed that her car be towed to Renew It Randburg. Today Monday the 19th of February I get a call from the insurance assessor to let me know that her vehicle was NEVER towed to Renew It Randburg as they have no record of receiving it. Her car is essentially MISSING. Surely this is *******???
