Urgent Complaint – Reckless Driving by Vehicle KL52SNGP

I would like to formally report an incident involving one of your drivers, operating vehicle KL52SNGP. (I tried to call but no one answer the number listed on the website). Earlier today, the driver nearly caused a serious accident. I was forced to swerve out of the way to avoid a collision.

The driver was using turn-only lanes to bypass traffic and then aggressively forcing his way back into the straight lane. He subsequently swerved across three lanes to get onto the highway on-ramp. This behaviour is extremely dangerous, irresponsible, and shows a complete disregard for the rules of the road and the safety of other motorists.

Such conduct is unacceptable, and I urge you to address this matter urgently to prevent future incidents that could result in severe injury or worse.
