Very disappointed with your service, last Saturday I was involved in a accident and first help offered to tow my car, we agreed and arrange that they take my car straight to panel shop. Out of my surprise that the car was taken to their site in Wynberg, when I tried to contact the driver(Jude)to enquire he blocked me and the lady (Lebo) was also very rude when I asked her to explain the R11 500 administration fees she claimed that I’m owing. Can someone sort this out because now I’m thinking of taking legal action, my car is been ****** from me now.
