Towtruck driver blocks road unnecessary due to arrogance

First help had blocked off the road on corner 9ty Avenue and 3rd street Houghton, when asked to move the truck as he was rude and arrogant and refused even though he had no right to block off the road ,I was taking 2 young girls to school and his pathetic behavior made us very late . I suggest you check the calibre if your drivers before hiring and teach them the rules of the road. I will be informing our ward councillor of this .

The accident was in the other side had nothing to do with him blocking the road ,he was not even helping or doing anything constructive was sitting in the sun having a chat with his friends !!!

Vision tactical who is the security In the area,and even sais he should move his vehicle out of the way but he was rude and refused .
