Towing companies and their irresponsible drivers

I can understand that tow trucks want to get to a scene fast. But there is no excuse for driving really irresponsibly! Today Monday 10 July, in a residential area, the driver of First Help tow truck registration KN13ZV-GP almost pushed the car in front of them off the road. Then, when he didn't get his way, he almost hit me while swerving into the right hand lane. I had to slam on brakes, the car behind me could have landed up in my boot. Then he travels at around 100km/h down Vermooten Drive in Brackenhurst - a 60km/h residential zone, with 2 schools in close proximity. This is not acceptable, and totally irresponsible behaviour. It gives companies like this a really bad name, and also reaffirms the public's opinions of tow truck drivers being hooligans (which I am sure some tow truck drivers don't appreciate or deserve).
