Towing a vehicle without my concern

Hi, Peter in 2018 15 December at around 00:00. We had a car accident on R28. The car we were travelling was my mine, but was not a driver when it happened. Actually I was asleep at the back seat when the accident happened. I woke up in Hospital and was told we had an accident. I suffered concussion during the accident. My problem is that my car was towed away without my knowledge. I did not permit anyone to take it, as I was out. Later on I found out that 1st Help towed it. I found their slip in my wallet. I have send emails to them with no response. The name on the slip is mine, but the signature is not mine.
