Their Tow Truck bump Neighbours stationary Cars

I am only giving them a star because you cannot give zero. Their tow truck comes into residential property to bump neighbours cars.

On the 12th of February they were towing my vehicle from Sandton to Boksburg and when they arrived at the complex, they bumped my neighbours car. The tow truck was driven by Simon , They promised to fix my neighbours car and afford him a courtesy car whilst they fixing the car, an assesment was done the following day at their RenewIt Edenvale branch and they promised they will call him when they were ready to fix the car, two months later they have still not fixed the car or even as much as call to let us know what we should expect.

Unless you want to sign up for stress and frustration use them. They are unprofessional. Their manager Sean was swearing at the Estate Security when they asked him to bring another driver as they do not trust the driver sent to unload the car. This has negatively affected my relationship with the neighbour and the estate security.

It was the worst experiences of my life. Am warning others to run when they see this company.
