The person that came out to assist was Jurgerley Phillips
The person that came out to assist was Jurgerley Phillips. He was super helpful and helped to keep my mom calm and made sure she was safe until I got there. He took all our details and showed me the confirmation that our insurance gave Authorization for him to tow the vehicle. Once the vehicle was towed, he notified me that the vehicle was safe at SMD. Very professional!
