The gentleman who assisted me, Dillian, was extremely helpful! After checking if I'm OK after my accident, he explained the process and what I need to do. I could not make calls on my phone due to poor network and he let me use his phone to call my insurance. He assisted with taking photos of the other cars and drivers’ information while I was on the phone with the insurance. He also made sure all my belongings were safe. His service was outstanding, and I cannot thank him enough.
