Steve Nel First Help

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I have received from this company! On Monday the 16th of March, I was involved in a car accident and was immediately assisted by a man who goes by the name of Steve Nel who gave me his contact details. On the accident scene, my insurance Santam asked him to deliver the car to Auto Magic Roodepoort which he assured me he would. A few hours later I found out that the car has been towed to Monument Panel Beaters in Krugersdorp. I've been trying to call First Help for assist and thislady who keeps picking up Steve Nel's phone number first pretends to help then immediately declines my call when she realised what my call was about. I'll be reporting my car as ****** and my lawyers will be in touch!
