Smash and grab

Highly recommended.

On Thursday evening, 6 April 2022. My vehicle had broken down and I was involved in a smash and grab on the side of the road. I am a 24 year old female and I was unfortunately on my own. Shaun Lombard from first help had driven past me and witnessed the incident, he had come back to assist me when no one else would stop to help as I had been left on the side of the road after being man handled by two men just for a device… My husband had rushed to get to me as soon as possible even through high traffic. Shaun had then waited with me as it was getting dark , he had assisted us with taking pictures of the scene and offering to be witness if required. My husband arrived shortly after and when we were able to leave , he then followed us home to make sure we were safe. He did all of this while off duty. So a huge thank you to Shaun for being the only person to assist me and for staying even after the police had left. I would just like to personally thank shaun Lombard for going beyond his call of duty to help a women in distress and still making the effort to follow up the next day. We need more people like Shaun!
