Shocking service.

My car was towed by First Help to Flora Auto clinic after my it died on me. The guy I dealt with Franswa **** to me that my car keys were the one with a problem. Asked me to bring my spare keys for what I dont know. All he did was charge my battery gave my car back and made me pay 2860 rands. This is after First Help told me diagnosis of the problem will be for free. Following day my car would not start again . I phoned battery center they replaced my battery as they told me my old one was dead. I felt ****** off phoned Flora auto clinic and he tried to justify it. I am livid as I feel like I just flushed my hard earned money down the drain. What happened to integrity?? First help got my number fro my insurance Prime meridian and called me telling me taking my car to Ford will cost an arm and a leg so I went with there recommendations as I was told it will be done for free.
