Shocking service
Good Afternoon
Last week on Wednesday the 15th May a car almost side swiped me and I drove over the payment, Your Tow Truck driver was there straight away .I was told it will be towed to them and next door to new Wagon panel beaters and i would have my quote by 2 pm. I have been phoning every day since Thursday was told car will be moved next door for a quote . Finally when i got hold of First Wagon on Monday i was told they did not have the car . I then decided i would like to pick up my car and take it to another place. They put me through to a lady that meant to email me a release invoice that was at 10am this morning. I'm sure they been messing me around as are going to charge for storage which i refuse to pay as they do not get back to me or bother to inform me of what is going on. If i need to i will take this on legally through my attorney
