Shawn Towsen is amazing
Shawn Towsen is amazing. He was there almost immediately and talked me through the process of what is going to happen since I've never been in an accident before. He kept me calm and assisted to get my car out of the traffic. He clearly explained the process and even assisted to speak to my insurance. He made sure my car was safely loaded in the truck as well and even sent pictures to me to assure me everything was okay. I'm grateful that he was there. Thank YOU Shawn.
