Service with a Human Touch

Last night, one of my company vehicles was in a serious accident and one of First Help's staff, Shaheem, was one of the first responders on the scene.

I would like to commend Shaheem on his professionalism and dedication to helping my staff, company assets, and general public. He kept me abreast of what was happening, assisted my drivers, and made sure my vehicle was safely loaded by another of your vehicles equipped to handle the truck.

He then took the time today to check in and see how my drivers were which is above and beyond what is expected.

I know people are quick to complain but rarely commend individuals/companies who do good, and I’d like to do just that in respect of Shaheem.

He’s a brand ambassador for First Help and I thank him and the company for everything.
