Reckless driving

The driver of tow bakie with the registration nr CH 36 RH GP almost drove into the back of my car in Grey Ave Albemarle about 40min ago when I stopped at a red robot. I was in the right lane. He then went speeding ahead, went pass the car in the left lane on the left side, onto the side walk, cut in front of that car to the right and stopped on the right side of the road (Right infront of me) to attend to a vehicle lying on its side. He almost caused 2 accidents. I pulled off the road to address the driver. However, the driver started swearing at me and told me to f… off. I told him I will call his office and he keep using derogative language and dared me to do that. However, the number found on google for First Hand Towing goes straight to voicemail. Maybe that is way the driver easily behaved in this way. The security company CPF was also on the scene and one of their guards witnessed the interaction. I hope that the management will take this matter seriously, as this reckless driving in the rain puts lives at risk
