Reckless behavior

We want to name and shame First Help towing today . One of their vehicles almost killed us today and I am reporting this incident to the police and insurance companies. We were walking our afternoon walk after 5pm up Milders miles, Eldoraigne where one of Firt Help's tow trucks sped down towards an accident scene that already happened earlier. We were walking in the cycling yellow line area and he sped down overtaking other vehicles right into cycling lane not slowing down or even acknowledge the pedestrians, we literally had to ran on to the grass to get out of its way while he just kept on speeding past us. This I completely unacceptable that they put other people's life in danger to be the1st in line to tow a motorbike.
