POPAI Act not followed
Good day
I am sadly disappointed by firsthelp. After the accident I called to request the tow truck drivers number and it was against policy to give it to me. I clearly stated that the one he gave me does not exist "Hello, Shaen will arrive soon. Contact number *** Vehicle Registration: DK25DKGP "
Suddenly I received a call from the owner of the bike -(not the driver even) he got my number from your tow truck driver that I couldn't get hold of on the number he gave me.
Now the person is calling n threatening me because your company did not follow the POPAI act n gave my details putting my safety at risk.
This is the first complaint and more is to come if this does not get resolved
