Pathetic service from First Help

On the 25th December 2023 a first help towing by the name of Dillian Swart made a U-turn on gillolys fly over bridge and causing a multiple car accident. In my effort to avoid a head-on collision I swerved to my left and hit the concrete barrier damaging my car very badly and my wife and three kids traumatized, His manager(George) was called to the scene and we explained to him what happened, He offered to tow my car home, which they did and he took my contact and address promising me that they'll help me in fixing the car since the EMPD said there was nothing they could do. Its now almost two months no assistance. I have been in contact with Rufus and George since and the keep saying they will investigate and get back to me. My car is stationary and forced to use public transport
