Oupie was a very helpful, calming presence, and I felt very safe with him being at my side. Some of his colleagues also arrived to assist, which also helped calm me down. Oupie stayed with me for more than an hour while we waited for JMPD to arrive, he brought the witness to the officers to give a statement and advised me that there were traffic light cameras to pull video of the accident, if needs be. Oupie went above and beyond in every respect and I am grateful and thankful for his assistance.
