Not getting help from first help towing and dial direct insurance
I got an accident one the first of June 2021. On the accident scene the tower acted as if he was taking pictures in my bonet, however he did not took them for upload,
Between accident and warehouse they stole a washer bottle, nozzle and a rear number plate lamp. When the car arrived at Renew-It it was not having the bottle, nozzle and rear number plate lamp.
When I call to request pictures they refer me to dialdirect and my insurance is not helping me out. Now I am stuck in between.
My insurance initially put my car at risk by allowing first help to tow it.
