My Vehicle sold without my knowledge and permission

On the 22.05.2020 I was involved in a car accident, First Help was first on the scene.

I was in the ambulance being checked out, a Gentleman from First Help came saying I nedd to sign, being in shock, in pain and overwhelmed I signed and they took my vehicle. A few weeks later they sold it
