My son and I were in a very stressful situation, not knowing what to do or where to go or who to speak to and Tumelo and Oupa from first help guided us through the situation. They were extremely helpful, calm and collected and are still helping us even though their duties are done. Thanks for the help guys. I really appreciate it.
