My awful experience with FirstHelp

I was in a car accident. FirstHelp was first on the scheme. The guy told me that they will tow my car to my insurance's premises which they never did. They towed it to their yard. Then I heard I had to pay R10,000 to get my car out of their yard. Another tow truck arrived and before I could even talk to the guy he was chased away by the guy from FirstHelp. I did not have my phone with me so that I can contact my insurance and this guy took advantage of it. I told the guy who my insurance was and he should have known that he does not have a contract with them. This is blatant dishonesty.

I want to warn other poeple to make sure you make use of the tow truck that has a contract with your insurance.
