Missing Vehicle from First Hel

On the 22/09/24 I was involve in a motor vehicle accident and was towed by First help, to this day I have not received my car back from them as it is not available at their yard in Industria North/Roodeport. I have been there myself but could not locate the vehicle though the car keys are with them. My bank assistance has also been there but still no luck. I receive no communication from them except for when they need a payment. All we were promised is to watch the footage and come back to me. I have been requesting an invoice since the next week of the accident but no luck to this matter.

I need assistance on this matter please.
