Mind changed about towing industry

Brian Smith from First Help changed my mind about the towing industry. I was involved in a bumper bash. He immediately went out of his way to help with getting the details of the other party involved. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the insurance and what is needed with regards to the claim. Without even towing my vechile, as the damage was too light. Immediately when he arrived I felt safe. Thank you for making a difficult situation a little bit better.
