Big ****mers these ones. Yesterday they made me sign the towing papers for my Partner's car without explaining the costs. And I asked how much do they charge the guy by the name of Fanie never gave me an answer. Only to get there today then they tell us we have to pay R12500, their towing cost being R6200 instead of R4950 that's written on their paper. Charging R300 for petrol and whole lot of costs that didn't make sense. Only when we complaining they started decreasing those amounts to the actual amounts on the paper which were still steep. My advice is never allow these guys to tow your car. And they refuse to tow it to your place.
