I got into accident on Thursday morning coming from the M1 highway my car went over small puddle of water and it slipped out of control and burst 3 tires and incurred front suspension damage it’s needed to be Towed there was guy from first help whose name was VANEY and told me that he would towed my car to his panel beater and get three quotes by 10 am the following morning 10 am hit there was no response from the tow truck driver i tried calling the guy but he was ignoring my calls and his friends where answering the phone until I decided to go to the tow yard where the my car was not with the panel beaters as the tow truck driver had promised also now my car is incurring storage cost as I wanted the driver to tow my car back home he promised me that there will be no storage costs involved when I fix my car with their panel beater but when I got the yard they told me I needed to pay 500 for the quotes and my towing fees needed to be paid and storage amounting 20k I have a voice recording of this guy selling us the moon and earth just to get my car into their tow yard and I will be definitely getting my legal team involved in this matter to deal with these ****mers
