On the 7th of March I was involved in an accident ,more like someone bumped me in the back of my car,within seconds the first help guys where there asking to tow my car I told them I don't have insurance.with the guy who bumped promised to take care of the everything even though I didn't want those guys to take my car,but it was not working.i don't know how many times I asked who's going to pay and they said it's the other party.god if only I now they were about to **** me .on a Monday they called me saying I must pay 13.7k and I was shocked I ask them to call the guy who bumped me but they keep on insisting I should use my insurance which I don't have and I did tell them when they wanted to towed my car now they won't give me my car back I font know what to do .
