Me ambitious
We were stuck on petrol and called old mutual for assistance on petrol and they sent a guy called Bongani from first help ,he never pitched , instead two guys came armed and ****** us with knowledge that we won't be able to drive away as we dont have petrol. Even after the incident he never pitched. I believe he sent the guys because if he didn't have a hand he was going to pitch. Firs help is a ****, never trust or rely on them.

18 Jul 2023, 23:55It was not the first time being ****med by First help, last year we got into an accident, they made us sign papers while we were confused and we were made to pay 15 000, they're a bad company , they need to close down.
