Material Misrepresentation by First Help
On the 28 March 2025 I got into an accident. a first help tow truck driver offered to tow my car for R 1400.00. on the 31 March 2025 when I went to get my car from their storage facility they requested R15k which was no the agreed amount their are bunch of ****s and take advantage of one's distress, now they do not want to release my car, despite me trying to make payments arrangement for the absurd amount I did not agree to, if this does not amount to material misrepresentation at point of sale I don't know what does.
