Lack of accountability

Review:

I was involved in a car accident on August 2, 2024, on Golden Highway, en route to a speaking engagement. In my trunk was a large, heavy Bluetooth speaker, essential for my events and business. My car was towed to the Roodepoort Yard, and since I couldn’t carry the speaker due to its size, I was assured it would be safe and that CCTV cameras were in place to monitor valuables.

Nearly two and a half months later, I still have no answers regarding the whereabouts of my speaker. This has significantly impacted my work, as I rely on this equipment for my events. Despite multiple emails with Riaan from the Roodepoort Branch, I’ve received no resolution or clear answers. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability, especially after the initial assurance of safety for my belongings.
