Inappropriate service and behavior

While driving home one of the towing cars overtook us at a red light on the pavement and then when we started driving at green light, he tried to push us of the road, probably how they get work. But anyway tried to report it and the guy on the care line was so rude and had no idea what to do. Very unprofessional.
