Immediately after my incident I called my insurer (King Price) who quickly arranged to have my car towed. Shawn from First Help got in contact with me to determine my location and on arrival immediately called for a flat bed, which arrived in about 10 minutes. Shawn initially checked on me and then carefully took me through the process of what will happen from then. He was happy to wait until my car was loaded on to the flat bed, then offered to make arrangements to transport me home. My insurer was arranging this so I was dropped off at a safe spot, and Shawn offered to make arrangements for me if my alternatives fell through. Although under bad circumstances, the service experience has been great
