I would like to write a review about Lee Towsen from First Help Towing who was extremely helpful at the scene of my accident in Primrose, Germiston on Sunday afternoon. He was very kind and professional and assisted me with contacting my insurance - which I didn’t even know how to do, and took control of the situation when I was in a state of panic by calmly dealing with whoever needed to be dealt with. I am very grateful to me because he saw to it that my vehicle was taken directly to the Panelbeaters, after which he got me to a place where I was safe to wait for my ride home. And even after making sure to put me in touch with a contact that I could follow up with to find out about my car. I am really grateful to him. Thank you Lee, we’re lucky to have you out there! 👍🏼
