I would like to write a review about *Francois vd Merwe* at _First Help Towing_ My phone was grabbed at a robot intersection in Hatfield on my way Home to Brooklyn, where Francois was one of the 1st persons to witness the incident and be fully committed to kindly assist me, without knowing me, to chase the running ******** down that stole my phone. We managed to corner the ********, whereafter he was forced to hand over my phone. Francois didn't stop there he still tailed me to assist further chasing the ******** and doing a few rounds around the block, patrolling and returning to the scene. We had a chat - such a nice champ. It just shows you, however something bad happened, good came from it. Francois is a living example, there is still good between the bad we facing. - Jason
