I would like to write a review about First Help Towing. Dillan arrived on the scene and was helpful and calming during this incident. He assisted with keeping myself and my wife when she arrived calm and informed of the process that needed to be followed. The other party involved in the accident at some cases got aggressive and refused for us to leave. Dillian seemed to keep his cool and helped us try to inform them of the necessary process to follow. He stayed with us throughout it all to ensure we were OK. Once he delivered my car to the assessment center he did inform me all was in order. I know he was mostly doing his job but these extra bits of staying with us and assisting with the difficult other party was appreciated considering the circumstances.
