I was in a minor accident caused by a driver turning into my lane and not seeing me due to a truck on his side. Once we called the insurance company (Momentum) and explained the situation, someone from First Help Towing and Shawn Towsen called me. It was great dealing with Shawn, he gave me his number to whatsapp him my location so he could come straight to me. He checked if I was OK and then went through what happened with me and if I was doing OK. They use a nice app that takes pics of all your movable property which is great (Mats, spare Tyre, battery, etc.). The flatbed came through and they loaded my car and took it away. Shawn Towsen then went a step further by taking me to the police station for me to do the accident report. Amazing guy with great knowledge on what to do. I'm very happy Momentum uses nice people like this, especially when there are some tow truck drivers giving others a ***** reputation when they are not that bad. Professional service. Would recommend them.
