I was assisted by a gentleman called Chad. From the moment he arrived, he just took charge of the whole situation, calming me down even when l got very emotional as it was my first time to get involved in such a serious accident. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He stayed with me all the way to the police station, until my sister came to pick me up. I appreciate all your help and the passion of what you do is next to none. You really made the ordeal much more bearable through your compassion, empathy and caring nature.
