I need my car back
good morning
i was involved in a car accident on the 20 November 2023 at Krugersdorp and First Help came at the scene and i requested them to tow my car to Hendrick's panel-beater which was 400 meters away from the scene and they confirmed with me that they know him.They made me to sign a slip and i was under impression that it was the truth reflection of what we have agreed about however they didn't towed my car to the destination instead they towed it to Roodepoort .Police who were at scene made a statement that i didn't said First Help must tow my car to Roodepoort. As a result, my car has been auction without my authorization.Is it fair to sell someone's car without his knowledge?
