Francois provided very kind support while I was in shock after the accident. He guided me on what needed to be done and helped me to contact insurance, took me to the police station and even dropped me off at my home. I was so lucky today, to be unharmed and to have met such a great person and a professional to help me through a very difficult day. Thank you and God Bless you Francois
