FOURTEEN THOUSAND RAND TOW????
Good Day. I generally do not write reviews but this is disgusting. A work collegue of mine was in an accident at one of the big circles by Monte Casino. Her car flipped on the side and by-standers had to help her out. First Help Towing arrived and an ambulance. While she was still in utter shock and being treated by medical staff, one of your guys decided to take advantage of her distress. He had her fill in the details and without confirming her insurance or where her vehicle needs to be towed to nor explaining the cost of the towing, he hooked up her vehicle and towed to Wynberg, eventhough she lives litterly around the corner. To our utmost disgusted shock, the bill came today of R14000.00 for the towing etc. FOURTEEN THOUSAND RAND? I am in disbelief that First Help would prey on young women in such a way!!!
