FirstHelp Tow, provide excellent service and assistance.

I was involved in a very bad accident on Friday 12 Jan 2024. The FirstHelp driver, Rory van der Merwe, arrived on the scene and, without being pushy, arranged a flat bed tow truck for my car and stayed with me for more than two-and-a-half hours while the Metro Police finished their work, whereafter he gave me a lift home in his tow truck. Finding myself in very difficult circumstances, I found both the professional services provided by FirstHelp, and the experience and support of their driver, Rory van der Merwe to have been exceptional and invaluable.
